It incorporates the tenacity of Hunan people, the opportunities and challenges of Shenzhen, and the observation of the education and training industry. It finally settles on the original entrepreneurial intention of "igniting more people with your own light." It is a hymn dedicated to all ordinary heroes who struggle silently in the city. The heroines of this novel are also a group of strivers in southern China's cities. They have different backgrounds but share the desire to "grow upwards."
