Thirty Years in Engineering

From the son of a bricklayer to the head of a state-owned enterprise worth hundreds of billions.

After graduating from college, Lu Zhengrong volunteered for the toughest construction sites.

Building roads, erecting bridges, venturing overseas, and taking on management, he advanced one step at a time.

Over twenty years, he turned more than thirty major projects into industry benchmarks,

and rose from an ordinary technician to the leader of a group.

This wasn’t luck. It was skill.

This is an inspiring story of an engineer who wrote his own success with sweat and wisdom.
