From the Start: Zhu Yuanzhang Begs Me to Leave the Monastery

Hello, everyone. My name is Ji Boda.

I never imagined even Heaven would envy me and let me strike it rich: I transmigrated to the end of the Yuan dynasty and became a novice monk at Huangjue Temple, with the Dharma name Blue Star.

With the System bound to me, I became the boss of Huangjue Temple at the age of twenty, otherwise known as its abbot.

Then one day, a beggar named Zhu Chongba came to the temple, and I knew my destiny had arrived.

Without a moment’s hesitation, I took him in as my disciple, though he was only my third disciple.

My first disciple: Chang Yuchun, Dharma name Ten Thousand.

My second disciple: Xu Da, Dharma name Ten Thousand Cities.

My third disciple: Zhu Yuanzhang.

My fourth disciple: Zhu Wenzheng.

My fifth disciple: Li Wenzhong.

Hahaha! Who would have thought that after the Ming dynasty was founded, I’d accidentally become the monk with the most precious status of all…

Zhu Yuanzhang begged me to return to secular life. Empress Ma begged me to return to secular life. All the ministers begged me to do the same.

Because… they were nearly at their wits’ end.

I’m no good at writing introductions, so please move on to the story, honored readers.
