Have you ever wondered: if a group of people were trapped in a room and had to vote for one person to "disappear," how would you choose?
Would you pick the quietest person? The most nervous one? The first to try to explain themselves?
This experiment has a lesson for you: you don't need a reason. You only need a "majority."
Six years ago, a bizarre fire engulfed a children's rehabilitation center. Six years later, everyone connected to it is summoned to the ruins to attend a so-called "settlement meeting." But waiting for them isn't a compensation agreement. It's a set of brutal rules:
Every ten minutes, they must vote for the "most dangerous person." The one with the most votes disappears on the spot.
Don't vote? The rules will choose for you. Vote for the wrong person? You're next.
They thought it was a supernatural force. They thought a System was controlling everything.
Until someone told them the truth: it wasn't the System choosing people. It was you.
Conformity, fear, self-preservation, shifting the blame... What becomes of human nature when the "majority" can decide who lives and dies?
This is a story about "voting," and a mirror held up to every one of us.
