The Women of the Qingteng Tribe

Nine suns suddenly begin circling across the sky. Night disappears, and yin and yang fall out of balance. As the men of the Qingteng Tribe grow fewer and fewer, the women are forced to venture out in search of husbands.

On her search for a husband, Man Zhu is guided by a sacred deer. After consuming a dragon seed, she gives birth to a spirit child, Man Long.

Man Zhen, Man Zhu’s eldest sister, travels to the Eastern Cang Kingdom to find a husband. There she encounters a man seeking to bring down the sun. They fall in love, marry, and return to the Qingteng Tribe.
