In the Name of the People: Parachuted into Handong, I Strike First and Report Later

Lin Ye is parachuted into Handong, a place riddled with tangled conflicts and competing powers.

Under the surface, all sides are making their moves, eager to bring him into their game and use him for their own ends. The balancers see him as a pawn, the crafty old hands want him as an ally, the pragmatists care more about performance than rules, and those who hold power are especially overbearing.

But they all underestimate Lin Ye's courage and political skill.

He makes setting rules, improving the political climate, and stamping out disorder his priorities, proceeding cautiously and defeating his opponents at every turn:

He plans with precision and controls key junctures;

He uses open strategies to break deadlocks and unravel every scheme;

He governs officials with an iron fist and roots out misconduct;

He keeps capital in check and severs the chains of vested interests.

The once-entrenched factions are no match for him, and long-troubled Handong is transformed.

With overwhelming strength, Lin Ye declares: "I will take charge of Handong's future!"
