Synopsis

[Sci-fi Apocalypse + 90% Humans + 9% Beastfolk + 1% Espers (X-Men) + Three Factions in Conflict]

On March 5, 2030, a yellow fog of unknown origin shrouded the entire world for three days.

After inhaling the yellow fog, around 10% of humanity developed magic cores. But there were two kinds. One kind was beast cores, which caused people to transform into beasts. They became “werewolves,” “leopard people,” “tiger people,” “goat people,” “fire-breathing wyverns,” and even more powerful creatures like “Xenomorphs.” They made up about 9% of the population and were called beastfolk.

The other kind was psychic cores. Anyone who possessed one gained superpowers such as controlling fire, water, or wind, laser vision, turning their body into an alloy, magnetism like Magneto, or growing gigantic like the Hulk. These espers, like the X-Men, made up about 1% of the population.

From then on, humanity was divided into three factions: humans, who made up 90% of the population; beastfolk, at 9%; and espers, at 1%.

But humans and beastfolk could hunt espers and consume their psychic cores for a chance to gain superpowers of their own, and those powers could stack. This discovery plunged the world’s 1% of espers into an all-out campaign of encirclement and slaughter by humans and beastfolk...

Looking for books like The Special Crimes Management Bureau. Something like The Special Crimes Management Bureau, where the protagonist transmigrates and gets the “learning” ability from the start. He learns “mental manipulation” from a demonic female psychologist, then uses his ability to solve crimes through “mind hunting,” catching lots of criminals...
