In 2008, Rongcheng was dominated by four major gangs: the Fireworks Club in the north of the city, the Huanxi Gang in the west of the city, the Chibi Gang in the south, and the Canglang Gang in the east. Finally, Song Qing, the successor of the Chibi Gang, completed the unification of Rongcheng gangs, fighting from the south to the north, completing the story of the No. 1 Gang in the south.
