Spirit Path Compass: Venturing Through Hong Kong's Supernatural Worlds With Uncle Nine

Lin Xuan, a devoted fan of Hong Kong supernatural horror films, is unexpectedly dragged into the world of Mr. Vampire by the ancient supreme treasure, the Spiritual Dao Compass. The compass can warn of disturbances between yin and yang, gather spiritual energy, and purify evil. It also continually transforms his body and soul.

The System issues missions to exorcise evil and suppress malevolent forces. Completing them charges the compass, improves Lin Xuan's cultivation, and unlocks the ability to travel between worlds. He ventures through a succession of supernatural settings, from the Republic-era world of Chinese ghost films to modern Hong Kong horror, facing ferocious zombies, vengeful ghosts, and sinister practitioners of witchcraft.

Relying solely on the compass's power rather than unorthodox Daoist arts, Lin Xuan cuts a path through danger and grows stronger as he travels through the great classic Hong Kong ghost-film worlds. Once the compass is fully charged, he will journey across the myriad heavens, purge all evil, and ultimately safeguard the order of yin and yang across the Three Realms, attaining the supreme Spiritual Dao.
