When I first saw the title of this book, I thought it was just another standard old-timey assembly line, where the legitimate daughter is murdered, revenge is slapped in the face, and romance falls by the way. But it seems that the pace is quite fast and the start is not sloppy, which is quite comfortable.
The role of Shen Qingci is well written so far. She is not the kind of heroine who just swallows her anger. Her brain is on the line. Many times she seems to be retreating, but she is actually paving the way. This kind of setting makes it easier for people to follow her.
Of course, it's not completely out of the question. Some of the slap-in-the-face scenes are still a little too "cool", but it's actually normal in a story like Tomato. As long as the plot line doesn't collapse and it doesn't turn into a pure love story, I'll probably continue to follow it.
Overall, it has successfully lured me into a trap. I hope the author will update it soon
When I first wrote "Feng Yu Jiuque", what I wanted to write was not a simple story of "being bullied and then counterattacking", but a woman who truly knows how to be patient, how to plan a situation, and who can pick herself up from a desperate situation step by step.
Shen Qingci's strength does not rely on golden fingers or anyone to save her, but relies on her brains, her character, and her ability to remain calm even in the darkest times.
Xie Linyuan is not a "tool male protagonist" in the traditional sense. He is first and foremost a person who stands at the center of power, so every step he takes to approach must be full of temptation and weight.
If you already feel that Chapter 10 is exciting, it means that this game of chess has just begun. The real overall situation, the real turmoil in the court, and the real comeback are still to come.
I am really impressed by this writing style. The heroine stares at each other and smiles. The Marquis and his father, Mrs. Gu, are all satisfied as soon as they speak. The stupid maid is always about to explode. The green tea sister is always in tears. The narration is always a classic reversal of right and wrong. These wheels are going back and forth endlessly, can you come up with some new words?
This book is very interesting. I just started reading online recently and I am already addicted to it. I hope the author will keep updating regularly.
