[No System, original characters, righting past wrongs, no turning evil, growing stronger]
While traveling, Jiraiya adopted a supremely talented girl, only to later discover that she was the widow of an Uchiha. He brought the girl back to the village to take part in the Chunin Exams and took Naruto under his wing along the way, only to find that Naruto, whom he was supposed to take on as a student, was acting strangely...
Naruto had originally been rather average in strength, but when Jiraiya removed the Five Elements Seal, everything suddenly changed.
"What do you mean chakra sent Xi flying?"
"What do you mean the Nine-Tails willingly made peace with you?"
"Was this all part of your plan too... Minato?"
Seeing Naruto's strength, so far beyond his years, Jiraiya experienced Minato's far-sightedness firsthand for the first time... maybe.
