Fairy, Don't Charge at Your Master. I Only Want to Earn Merit

[One Female Lead] + [Master-Disciple Romance] + [Super Sweet, No Angst] + [Misunderstandings] + [A Growing Female Lead] + [The Female Lead Takes the Initiative] The Demon Ancestor, Jiang Lingxiao, has reigned supreme for ten thousand years, infamous for his slaughter and feared throughout the heavens. Until one day, he discovers that he’s over a hundred million merits in debt, and heavenly tribulation is about to strike him dead. To stay alive, he has no choice but to clean up his act and do good deeds. The System tells him that if he takes a righteous immortal maiden as his disciple, supports her sect, and trains its members, he’ll earn merit and unlock his cultivation. Jiang Lingxiao sets his sights on Lu Xuangguang, the head of the foremost immortal sect in Eastern Xia. She’s cool-headed and dignified, upright and unyielding, and swears she’ll never bow to the demonic path. Jiang Lingxiao nods. “Good. You have spirit.” Then he promptly forces her to bow and take him as her master. And so the former Demon Ancestor embarks on a difficult journey to reform himself: restoring the sect, battling the ghost cultivators, subduing the beastfolk, pacifying the Iceborn, and along the way, bringing a bankrupt immortal sect back to its former glory. But gradually, he realizes that something seems off. Why is his once upright, passionate, cool, and reserved immortal disciple getting more and more clingy? “Master, it’s time for dual cultivation today.” “Master, you’re not allowed to take any more cauldrons as disciples.” “Master, I think... I’m pregnant.” Jiang Lingxiao falls silent for a long time. All he wanted was to earn a little merit and stay alive. How did he accidentally raise a righteous immortal maiden into a yandere?
