In the last ten years, Tiezhu is recognized as the garbage king in the wasteland. What others see as waste can be turned into treasure in his hands - scrap copper and iron can be melted into weapons, chips can be removed from old circuit boards, and useful drawings can be dug out of waste paper piles. He built his kingdom in an underground bunker where junk piled high. Until one day, his men found a safe in a scrapped armored vehicle, which contained a complete document - the "Human Restart Plan." The cover of the document reads: Starting conditions - Collect seven parts. The locations of seven parts were listed at the back, and the first one was at the deepest part of the garbage dump at his feet.
