This is a TV show from my last Naruto fanfic "Night of the Nine-Tails, My Dad Bites My Mom". That one was about the if line of Minato and Kushina not dying.
In order to promote ninja culture and use the cultural and tourism industry to make Konoha's economy less subject to the daimyo as soon as possible, Minato asked Jiraiya to write a script and filmed it with Kakashi as the protagonist. The content of the film is this work.
