Kai accidentally transmigrates into the world of One Piece.
In Ohara, he hears Robin crying and mistakes her for Luna. He immediately goes berserk and single-handedly crushes the Buster Call. The young Aokiji and Akainu barely escape with their lives, while all ten warships are wiped out.
The name Shattered Blade spreads across the seas.
Five years later, the two reunite in Alabasta.
Robin begins collecting Poneglyphs and deciphering the Void Century.
After seeing the world's turmoil over the past five years, Kai's instinct to protect is roused. He resolves to eradicate evil and overthrow the World Government.
The two join forces and enter the Grand Line.
Crocodile: Why am I always defeated by the World's Strongest?
Kaido: Could my Azure Dragon really be a fake?
Mihawk: That man is far better than me at swordsmanship!
Shanks: He's the real Devil Fruit User with the power of face!
When Kai enters the Holy Land, Imu tries to face him with the bearing of a god.
"A god? It's not like I haven't killed one before."
Divine punishment descends upon the Holy Land, and judgment casts the Celestial Dragons into the abyss.
