Every Player Is Waiting for Me to Leave the Starting Village

In 2050, the AI supercomputer “Nuwa” created the virtual world Dusty World. Its near-perfect realism made it a second cradle for human civilization. Countless players flocked inside, unaware that they were taking part in a carefully designed experiment in civilization.

Graystone Village was the last of one hundred thousand starter villages to unlock its teleportation array to the main city. Here, Su Mu triggered the one and only hidden class, “Chosen Pope,” and began his path to godhood at the cost of a thousand deaths.

When Dadaoshi, the owner of another hidden class, “False Lord of Creation,” was willing to turn the entire village of Graystone into ruins with his own hands for some ultimate reward known to no one

Nuwa’s pupil-less eyes gazed down from the clouds.

The answer she was waiting for did not lie beneath the ruins.

It lay in which of the two men who emerged from Graystone Village would be the first to reach the very top of the ruins.
