Harry Potter: My Surname Is Merlin

This old draft I wrote ages ago is honestly pretty mediocre T_T (Hogwarts Legacy + everyone is in love with the protagonist; no central romance in the main story)

My name is Morgana Selene Merlin.

I've lived for 300 years. Everyone in the Wizarding World is an old acquaintance of mine.

My name appears on page 947, third line of the footnotes, in Hogwarts, A History.

“Historical records of the person who put down the Goblin Rebellion of 1890 are unclear.”

Because everyone who wrote about me thought I was dead.

I didn't die. I just got lost in time.

In 1890, I was a transfer student at Slytherin. Sebastian Sallow used an Unforgivable Curse on me, and Ominis Gaunt cried for a girl for the first time.

In 1943, Tom Riddle used the Killing Curse on me. I survived, with a scar left on my chest.

In 1991, I walked into Hogwarts again in the body of an eleven-year-old.

But this time, I won't disappear again.

Because Merlin's anchor of reincarnation has one rule:

As long as there's still one person alive who remembers my name, I can never die.

And the people who remember me

have been waiting far too long.

Sebastian Sallow says, “After my sister died, you became my only reason to keep living.”

Ominis Gaunt says, “I'm blind, but I'm the only one who can see the real you.”

Tom Riddle says, “You're the only person who makes me feel uncertain. I'll find out what you are.”

Abraxas Malfoy says, “My grandmother was still saying your name on her deathbed.”
