A modern engineer crossed over to become a frontier waste baron and took over a cursed wasteland abandoned by the kingdom, only to discover that there was a magic crystal mine buried under the wasteland that changed the era. He used modern contracts, agriculture, industry and magic research to organize refugees, witches, dwarves and orcs, and established the first magic industrial holy city in the dark western fantasy world.
