Radio and Razor

Shanghai, autumn 1941. Headquarters No. 76 of Wang Jingwei’s puppet regime and Japan’s Special Higher Police launch a radio crackdown in the foreign concessions. Su Huaijin, a radio engineer in the Chinese Communist underground group known as the Carrier Pigeons, is embedded as a technical adviser to the Japanese and puppet-regime radio networks under the codename Razor. When the Special Higher Police deploy a new direction-finding vehicle and three contact points vanish overnight, Su discovers that the man hunting him is none other than his Japanese mentor. A silent hunt unfolds between radio waves and blades, amid the damp alleyways and neon lights.
