In 2035, the earth encountered an unprecedented "extreme cold era". Global temperatures plummeted within three months, reaching minus 20 degrees below zero in the equatorial areas and reaching minus 70 or 80 degrees below zero in high latitudes. The snowstorm never stops, civilized society completely collapses, and the survivors are forced to struggle to survive in the wasteland and ice fields.
This apocalypse is not "innocent." As the extreme cold falls, some unknown energy field covers the earth. Some humans awaken their "survival system", and strange mutations occur in animals and plants. Extreme cold is not the only enemy - there are deeper secrets hidden beneath the ice sheets.
