During the prosperous period of the Qianyuan Dynasty, it fell into decay.
The century-old foundation of the early dynasty was crumbling under the 100,000-strong cavalry launched by Hou Yanggang of the Northern Jin Dynasty. Xiongguan fell, the rebels came to the city, and the once prosperous capital Tianqi was in danger. Above the court, the young emperor Bai Jingyi on the dragon chair was helpless. Behind the bead curtain, the eldest princess Bai Jin listened to the government behind the curtain, holding power secretly, but she could not turn the tide.
In this hurricane of power, Baili Yi, the young prince of Wanzhou Baili clan, became the eye of the storm.
He was originally a playboy in the eyes of the world, and he seemed to have long forgotten the illustrious reputation and heavy shackles left behind by his father, Shenwu General Baili Changqing, who died in battle. Until the emperor's secret edicts and envoys arrived one after another, using the empty title of "Guanwaihou" and the great righteousness of "King Qin", he and the remaining four elite scale-eating troops under his command were forced into this torrent that was destined to be tragic.
"How high a price will you pay for the so-called righteousness in your heart?"
Should he abide by his father's legacy of "loyalty to the emperor and serve the country" and shed the last drop of blood for this decadent dynasty? Or in this chess game of troubled times, find a way to survive for yourself and your family?
All choices in the world have costs.
The group of statues are majestic and the epic story is laid out. The wind blows up the green leaves and finally shakes the world.
