Xu Yang transmigrates to the world of Journey to the West and raises two pets.
One is Su Jiu'er, an aloof Nine-Tailed Celestial Fox who insists on curling up in his arms every day and controlling every aspect of his life.
The other is Ao Mo, a lovesick black dragon who clings tightly to his wrist, finding comfort in feeling his pulse.
One day, a female demon flirts with Xu Yang.
Ao Mo's scales bristle in an instant, and she transforms into a black dragon ten thousand zhang long. "Lowly demon, how dare you look at my benefactor? Die, all of you!"
Just as the demon's cave is about to be razed, Xu Yang sighs and reaches out to grab the black dragon's tail from afar.
The enormous black dragon instantly turns back into a little black snake and curls around Xu Yang's wrist, looking utterly aggrieved. "You play favorites, benefactor..."
Su Jiu'er gives a cold snort in his arms, all nine tails puffing up.
Caught between them, Xu Yang sighs helplessly. I just want to go home!
