Prison Journey in Northern Myanmar: I Was Deceived into Hell by My Father-In-Law

My name is Wu Junjin, an ordinary migrant worker from Xiyang Village, Huilai, Guangdong. I always thought that the most terrifying thing was the malice of strangers, but I never thought that the person who pushed me into hell was the person I grew up with and trusted with all my heart. He came to me with a high-paying offer of "more than 10,000 yuan a month" and said he would take me to start a career in other places. I believed him, followed him on the road to a foreign country, and fell into a carefully laid trap. High walls, power grids, layers of controls, and so-called high-paying jobs are nothing but invitations to a cage of despair. Here, I have seen the darkest aspects of human nature, and I have also seen too many people who were deceived, drained of their value, and disappeared silently. In order to survive and to escape back to my hometown, I must try my best to fight for time with death and fight to the end with the darkness of human nature. This is not fiction, it is a real account of my escape from hell.
