Lu Yuan, a 28-year-old programmer worked to the bone, dies suddenly after a string of all-nighters. When he opens his eyes, he’s back in a senior-year high school classroom in 2010. Armed with the mindset he had in his previous life, ten years of experience, and a patchy memory of the future, he decides to lie flat this time around: avoid the rat race of the college entrance exams, invest early and buy property, and steer clear of workplace mind games. But he never expected Su Nian, the icy top student who barely gave him the time of day in his previous life, to take the initiative and ask to sit beside him this time around.
