The protagonist traveled through time and became the "Nameless Mist" (the Old Dominator) sleeping on the bottom of the sea. His instinct was to destroy the world, but because he was too strong, the "spiritual pollution" he emitted became "divine revelation" in the eyes of mortals.
So, the protagonist obviously just turned over on the bottom of the sea, but the human church announced: "This is a miracle! God drove away the plague for us in a dream!"
The protagonist had to start "playing" a kind god that did not exist. While maintaining his character from being exposed, he also had to use his indescribable tentacles to "purify" the real demons (Devil: Who are you? You are more demonic than me!).
