July 2010: I got into Tongcheng No. 1 High School, just as I’d hoped. That month, I often went picking wampee fruit with Granny Chen, and happened to catch a glimpse of him.
August 2010: I heard from my mother that her friend’s son was in the same cram school as me. So it was him.
September 7, 2010: On the first day of school, he and I ended up in the same class.
2013: I realized I felt differently about him, though maybe it had started earlier. My heart always raced out of control when he was around.
2013: The day our college entrance exam results came out, I said yes to his confession. It was the happiest day ever.
June 25, 2015: Rainy. He and I broke up. I don’t know if the weather was against me too, but I got soaked to the bone and felt utterly chilled.
2017: I opened a little shop called Half-Day Leisure on Bohol Island.
2019: He and I got married beneath the Alps.
