Everyone thinks Lin Mo is just a low-level official with unusually good luck.
The first time, he "happens" to uncover a financial irregularity.
The second time, he "just happens" to get hold of the transfer records.
The third time, he "coincidentally" shows up at a bribery scene.
The disciplinary inspectors start paying attention to him.
They're not investigating him for corruption. They just want to know:
"Lin Mo, where exactly are you getting your information?"
He smiles and gently bounces the baby bottle in his arms. "My daughter told me."
Nobody takes him seriously.
Until one day, a disgraced department-level official starts screaming in the interrogation room:
"Impossible! I only ever thought about that! Even my wife doesn't know!"
"What kind of monster is he?!"
The interrogator falls silent for three seconds.
Outside, Lin Mo is burping An'an.
An'an lets out a tiny burp.
Lin Mo smiles faintly.
