I’m Zhang Yan, a native-born, pure-blooded East Asian. My family has lived in China for generations, and I’ve got nothing to do with Westerners.
Then a thug shoved me, I hit a wall, and my bloodline suddenly awakened. Just like that, I became a vampire.
Other vampires: deathly pale, afraid of sunlight and garlic, hiding in castles and pretending to be aristocrats.
