Seven billion people around the world are pulled into an inescapable “Game of the Gods.” The apocalypse arrives, zombies run rampant, and something even more terrifying emerges: everyone is the star of a reality show, with every struggle, fear, and death watched, tipped, and celebrated in the livestreams of a higher-dimensional civilization.
College student Lin Lin awakens the only SSS-rank talent: [Save and Reload]. Its description consists of a single sentence: “You can return to the past, but you cannot change the ending.”
And so begins a cruel cycle: death, reload, start over; die again, reload again, start over again. When everyone else thinks she’s an invincible “goddess of the apocalypse,” only she knows she has already witnessed dozens of ways for the whole team to be wiped out.
Until one day, a System NPC finds her. “You’ve been chosen. Cooperate with us and play the heroine in our script, and you’ll survive.”
Lin Lin wipes the blood from the corner of her mouth and smiles. “Did you forget? There’s no limit to how many times I can reload.”
When life becomes entertainment and salvation becomes a script, she chooses to make the entire livestream lose it.
