Rumor has it that Shen Nanqiao, the cold and aloof CEO of the Shen Corporation, is as frigid as ice. Only Lu Ye knows that late at night, this icy CEO pins him against the sofa with red-rimmed eyes, turning into a “female hooligan” who can't get enough of his hugs.
Shen Nanqiao suffers from severe touch deprivation and insomnia. The only cure is Lu Ye, a rascal who faked amnesia to move into her home and freeload, and whose body maintains a constant temperature.
“Boss, late-night physical sleep assistance costs eight thousand an hour.” Lu Ye casually holds up his payment QR code, then snaps the neck of a top-class assassin who tried to kill her.
By day, he's a bodyguard who talks nonsense nonstop. By night, he's a ruthless brute in a suit. As a deadly conspiracy closes in, their cramped apartment becomes a battleground where hormones and adrenaline run wild. What begins as a deal between two people out to get what they need ends in a dangerous cohabitation where they have each other wrapped around their fingers!
