The film tells the story of a genetically modified experimental subject Goo Ja-yoon who hid in a farmer's family for ten years in order to escape the pursuit of a mysterious organization. On the surface, it uses its adoptive parents and best friends as emotional bonds, but in fact it uses everyone as a layout tool. The real purpose of participating in the talent show is to obtain the brain repair agent developed by the organization to treat the adoptive mother's Alzheimer's disease.
