Legends of the Northern Lands

Looking north across the Central Plains, barbarian winds rise in revolt.

Remember Qin and Han: punish aggression no matter how far it reaches, and unite all nations.

By Heaven's mandate, establish the dynasty; across thousands of miles of mountains and passes, forge the imperial treasure.

Alas, today demons and barbarians ascend the high seat, and Heaven's law lies slain.

Iron hooves race; the land mourns. Blades are sharp; China weeps.

Draw the longbow and shoot down the banners above the royal encampment.

Steel your heart to frighten the Xiongnu horses away; pour out your courage to shatter the Xianbei cavalry.

Look up to the heavens: five stars shine over China, a cause for all ages.
