The gods descended upon the mortal world, crushing cities and treating all living things like ants, raining down divine punishment and slaughtering at will.
Young Ling Chen watched his loved ones die before his eyes. Driven to the brink, he awakened the primordial chaos power at the source of heaven and earth.
With a mortal body, he defied the heavens; with flesh and blood, he slew the gods!
If the gods were unjust, he would overthrow their rule. If heaven lacked a way, he would reshape the world!
From then on, mortals would no longer be helpless prey. A young man defying fate, with one sword to break ten thousand arts and one spear to slay the gods, would roam the Three Realms and carve a heaven-defying path to equality for all!
