I Usher in a Golden Age in the Shinobi World

From the start, he discovers that he's been transmigrated into two worlds at once: half his soul belongs to Ichiraku, the owner of Ichiraku Ramen, and the other half has possessed the all-knowing, all-powerful God of Ōtsutsuki.

At first, he thinks this start will let him crush 99% of the people who transmigrate into the Hokage world.

Then he discovers, to his horror, that the previous God of Ōtsutsuki, bored after endless ages, chose to exile himself.

His main body is trapped in a different dimension where he can see the Hokage world but cannot interfere with it.

What can he do if he can't use his main body?

Fortunately, Ichiraku experiments with all of the God of Ōtsutsuki's abilities.

In the end, he discovers a special Ōtsutsuki ocular technique that lets him revive the corpses of Ōtsutsuki descendants who died in nearby ninja worlds.

As long as he revives them and then triggers their Ōtsutsuki ancestry, awakening some of the clan's power, his main body can gradually interfere with the Hokage world through their shared power, allowing Ichiraku to wield that power too.

So the dead return from the void. Ichiraku manipulates them into fighting one another, helping them grow stronger quickly through battle. The dead make up for their regrets, while Ichiraku gains power.

Thus, Kagami Uchiha, wielding the Rinnegan and accompanied by his student Senju Nawaki, wipes out the Shimura clan from the start and seizes Konoha; Uzumaki Zhao, who learned everything about the ninja world while trapped by Ichiraku in the Infinite Tsukuyomi, rebuilds the Land of Whirlpools alongside the Akatsuki; the heroic Jiraiya, whose blood is fused with that of yokai and the Ōtsutsuki, becomes an Ōtsutsuki pioneer and lord of demons, establishing a demon nation and ruling his own territory; the Daimyo of the Land of Lightning founds a nation ruled by a divine sovereign, making all his people part of it; and many other prodigies awaken to help Ichiraku embark on the true path to godhood.

Meanwhile, they make up for their regrets. Jiraiya marries Tsunade and brings her home;

Kakashi and Obito have a happy childhood;

Madara Uchiha escapes Indra's influence and lives for himself.
