Dreaming of Becoming Naruto

Everyone knows that in Naruto, the Hokage die, and in Naruto: Shippuden, the Wind dies.

Gekko Hayate, a Special Jōnin of Konoha, is killed while fighting the enemy ninja Baki.

Hayate was supposed to fade from the story with an insignificant character’s script, but at the moment of death, he reaches enlightenment and, bolstered by the Will of Fire, kills Baki instead.

With a Hokage from another world’s Konoha personally guiding and teaching him, Gekko Hayate’s life changes from that moment on.

Even an ordinary ninja can dream of becoming Hokage.

Revived and returned, Gekko Hayate sets his sights on becoming Hokage!
