The world is being invaded by a supernatural phenomenon - "Rule Strange Tales". Random entrances will drag ordinary people into completely independent different spaces. Lu Chen, a former practicing lawyer, was banned from the industry for refusing to forge evidence. When he was at a low point in his life, black lines appeared on his wrists - he was selected.
