The youngest corpse collector on the bank of the Yangtze River, a job that has been passed down for three generations. Grandpa taught him three things: don't fish out corpses that are face down, cover them with red cloth when you fish them out, and things in the water are not necessarily dead. He didn't believe it until one day he found a coffin from the bottom of the river with his name engraved on it. This is not a horror novel, but a story about a man who stared into the abyss and how to hold on to the last trace of humanity.
