The Ferry of Xin Yu

A white snake undergoing tribulation is struck by heavenly lightning. Rescued by the Goddess Nuwa, she becomes Wang Yuxin, a ferryman in the human world, guiding the wronged spirits and debtors left behind one by one. She gathers merit and awaits the day she can complete her cultivation and ascend to immortality.

Along the way, she encounters Lei Yunzheng, the Netherworld Ghost Emperor and Vermilion Bird, who incites Qing Luoyi (Azure Dragon), Bai Wangchuan (White Tiger), and Xu Jiuwu (Black Tortoise) to wreak havoc in the human world. Wang Yuxin (Bai Xi), Yao Shiteng (Teng Snake), Qi Liner (Qilin), and Zuo Yunzhou (Bai Ze) join forces to defeat them and restore peace to the human realm.
