What Does Killing the Jing River Dragon King Have to Do with Me, the Star-Casting Dragon King?

I once faced Yuan Shoucheng in a divination showdown in Chang'an!

I once dragged Guanyin into a game of Landlord!

I once cut Jiang Liu'er out of the picture and turned him into a pointy-headed Arno of Jinshan Temple.

I even gave Sun Wukong prenatal education on Flower-Fruit Mountain. Things went wrong, though, and he ended up as a female monkey.

But I swear, every single one of these was just an accident.

My true intention was to bring joy and happiness to all living beings in the Three Realms. As for why the gods and Buddhas all call me a lunatic, a madman, a twisted dragon...

They’re probably just jealous.

Excerpt from The Autobiography of the Divine Dragon Ao Xing
