"Escape from the British Museum" is a Chinese fantasy short drama produced by Jianbing Guozai and Xia Tianmei. Using the anthropomorphic narrative of cultural relics, a Chinese jade pot with a thin body and a branch pattern is transformed into a small jade pot made by a girl. She escapes from the British Museum and meets Chinese journalist Zhang Yongan. The two go on the "Guijia (Home) Road" together to convey the century-old nostalgia and feelings of home and country that the cultural relics have been lost.

In just a few episodes, the self-made short drama uses the gentle perspective of personification of cultural relics to turn the national treasures living overseas into homesick wanderers. A jade pot escaped from the British Museum, and the sentence "I'm lost and want to go home" instantly made countless Chinese people cry.
The plot is simple and the production is simple, but it does not deliberately sensationalize. It uses delicate metaphors to hide the pain of modern humiliation and the wandering of cultural relics. It gently conveys the nostalgia of millions of lost cultural relics and the Chinese people's longing for the return of national treasures into everyone's heart.
It does not rely on special effects and traffic, but relies on the hot feelings of family and country to break out of the circle, awakening young people's memory of history and awe of cultural context.
