I Give Every Angler in the County a Fish Every Day

A 35-year-old programmer gets laid off, returns to his hometown, and is humiliated by a gold-digging woman on a blind date. His life hits rock bottom! “Ding! The Air Force Angler Relief System has been activated!” All he has to do is give fish to “air force anglers” who can't catch any, and he'll get a hundredfold cash rebate! Chen Chuan spends three thousand yuan buying up all the live fish at the market, then hands them out to the dejected anglers by the river. One hundred thousand yuan hits his bank account! From then on, Chen Chuan embarks on an unconventional path to becoming a tycoon. While everyone else is still figuring out how to catch fish, he's already working out how to make other people “get skunked”! He takes over an abandoned reservoir and builds the country's biggest fishing spot for anglers who catch nothing! Can't catch a fish? No problem. Show your ticket and take home a big, plump fish for free to save face! The anglers all say, “The boss has gone crazy. Isn't he going to lose everything?” Chen Chuan looks at the soaring balance in his bank account and smiles without a word: “Lose money? I make a hundred million a day! You getting skunked is my biggest KPI!”
