High Martial: I Retire from the Army to Teach, and My Skills Go Wild

(Skill competition + getting the system to work for you + everyone wielding forbidden spells + shameless antics + wild imagination + power fantasy)

Gu Ci, the strongest special forces soldier in China, retired due to injury and returned to Jiangcheng. All he wanted was to be a laid-back homeroom teacher, collecting welfare payments and sipping tea.

Who knew that on his first day at work, a System that was ten years late would suddenly awaken!

And that wasn’t all. His skills all went completely insane, each one deciding its master was too much of a good-for-nothing and frantically striving to outdo the others!

“Fireball Spell thinks you’re too weak, so it runs away from home in the middle of the night, burns through three thousand demon spirits, and evolves into the [World-Destroying Red Lotus]!”

“Iron Shirt thinks it’s humiliating to be worn by you, so it trains hard for a century and evolves into the [Indestructible God-King Body]!”

“Flying Sword Art is even less willing to sit idle. It brings back the sacred maiden’s personal sword from the forbidden zone next door...”

Gu Ci: “I really just want to lie flat. Stop pushing yourselves, or you’ll make me invincible!”

So when the entire F class, the worst in the school, tramples forbidden spells underfoot and tears demon gods apart with their bare hands as they sweep through the global martial arts exams, the whole world goes mad.

School administrators: “Teacher Gu, we asked you to teach underachievers, not turn them into gods!”
