1982: My Chemical Empire

I wrote this book to give a biography to those who worked hard in the factory in the 1980s. They are not the chosen ones, and they have no golden fingers. They only have a drawing of the Fourth Courtyard, 3,000 red handprints and an air of unwillingness to admit defeat. When Zhou Zhiyuan was banging the table, when Wang Shucheng was bowing his head in the provincial office, and when Master Liu was squatting on the edge of the ditch pointing at the underground pipe network, they were all describing the real life of his father's generation. The mountains of Sichuan and Chongqing, the fog of Sichuan River, the coal ash in the workshop and the twice-cooked pork in the canteen are the background colors in my memory. Industrial writing is difficult to write, the technical details cannot be confused, and the characters cannot be dull. Porridge just wants readers to think after reading it: Oh, how those people survived back then. Thank you to everyone who is willing to open this book.

The writing is very professional, but it's a pity that it's not about starting a business overseas, but working as a leader in a state-owned enterprise. It feels difficult to echo the title of the book.

The difficulty of reality describes the truth, look forward to what follows.
