Naruto: The School Loser’s Rise, Taking in Two Brothers

In Konoha, there's a useless, cold-faced kid who gets held back every year, and a grade-schooler named Yamaizumi Akagomaru challenges him. Akagomaru brings along his older brother, who's completed several D-rank missions, for backup, but two kicks later, his brother is sprawled on the ground, unable to get back up. One “I'm the coolest” squeezes a taijutsu skill out of the two brothers. He dusts off his clothes and heads to school, where Choji Akimichi is holding the snacks he gave him and calling him cool. Partial Expansion Jutsu acquired. Cold Hands fixes his eyes on the four characters in the description, his expression turning peculiar.
