No one wants to transmigrate into a cannon-fodder character like Dosu Kinata. Not only would he have to endure the agony of human experimentation, he'd also be sacrificed to help the main cast grow stronger. In the game, he doesn't even cost a thing!

Complete a mission, and unlock at least 1% template progress!
I was supposed to die in the Chunin Ninja Exams, but instead I overcame every obstacle, gained the power of a sage, subdued the Nine Tailed Beasts, turned Otogakure into the greatest village, and successfully brought the Fourth Shinobi World War to an end!
Facing Edo Madara, I turn the tables on him: “You want to dance, too?!”
I even survive into the post-Hokage era, facing the invasion of the Ōtsutsuki Clan!
With the world on the brink of destruction, the Allied Shinobi Forces finally remember the man who once subdued Kaguya during the Fourth Shinobi World War!

“What should you call me?”
Boruto Uzumaki freezes, then bows down on his knees. “Please come out of retirement, God of the Ninja World, Lord Dosu!”
