Raising the Stars of Hong Kong

[Multiple heroines] [Hong Kong stars] [Feel-good power fantasy] [Business and entertainment] [World's richest man]

In 2025, successful businessman Li Hansheng was nearing fifty when he fell into the water and was reborn in 1976 as his elder uncle of the same name, a man who had drowned while trying to flee to Hong Kong, leaving his parents torn between love and resentment.

The moment he swam ashore on Hong Kong Island, he ran into a completely drunk Zhao Yazhi.

From then on, Hong Kong had a legend named Li Hansheng.

He wrote screenplays and made movies, launching the careers of countless stars like Jackie Chan, Chow Yun-fat, and Leslie Cheung. He built an entertainment empire that crushed Shaw Brothers and Golden Harvest, sending Chinese-language cinema sweeping across the globe;

He traded futures and battled in the financial markets, seizing every opportunity the times offered. He shorted the pound, took on international speculators, shattered the century-old monopoly of British-owned trading houses, and built a top-tier Chinese financial conglomerate;

He gathered the most dazzling women and held Hong Kong Island steady. Zhao Yazhi, Zhong Chuhong, Guan Zhilin, Lin Qingxia, Zhang Manyu, Wang Zuxian… He gave the Hong Kong goddesses who had captivated him on screen in his previous life a safe and peaceful life this time, sparing them the hardships they'd suffered before;

He also kept his country in his heart, investing early in the mainland and supporting reform and opening up. He broke through Western technological blockades and, amid the historic tide of Hong Kong's return, took on the British Hong Kong government, dismantled the West's exploitative schemes, and completely rewrote the fate of Hong Kong Island over the past century!
