Where will the local forces in Westeros go under the influence of the two major forces?

In the early stage, the Alliance and Horde will be relatively low-key in their behavior. You can refer to the Pandaren expansion pack for details. After all, they have already had experience in Pandaria, so they will not be reckless right away.
