The Zombies Are Coming: Trapped in the ER from the Start

[Strong female lead, not reborn, comedy, unlimited space, pure fighter, base civilization]

A zombie virus breaks out, turning an entire hospital into hell on earth. Xu Chengyue, a student nurse, is trapped in the emergency room with roaring zombies right outside the door!

On the brink of death, she awakens two special abilities: unlimited space and metal manipulation. Her storage space fills up with food and medicine.

The first thing she does after escaping the ward: drive straight through the flames to rescue her parents.

Along the way, she encounters all kinds of survivors, including selfish, ungrateful opportunists. Xu Chengyue is kindhearted but no self-sacrificing do-gooder. Anyone who tries to guilt-trip her gets a hard punch in response.

As her following grows, she decides to build the Spark Base on the spot, stockpiling food, training troops, and sheltering survivors in need.

She joins forces with the authorities to stand against the major raider strongholds and crushes hostile bases overseas.

When an evil god from another world appears and slaughters humanity, the girl stands atop the city wall with a demon-slaying blade in hand:

“When all living beings are in danger, I shall be humanity's guardian deity.”
