Thirty-six doors, each one contains a person who cannot fit in.
A dying person enters the world of the gate. If he passes the test, his disease will be cured, and if he fails, he will die in reality. Inside the door are strange rules, fatal traps, and the "door god" who is trapped in pain - passing the level is not about defeating them, but seeing loneliness and learning to say goodbye.
Seven people gathered because of the door: Lin Qian, Luo Yuchuan, Ling Shuang, Jiang Yu, Lu Xue, Jiang Tinglan, and Jing Lin. They trust each other with their lives inside the door, cook noodles and bicker outside the door, and fight against despair with daily life. But the door comes with a price - someone sacrifices, someone betrays, and in the end only two people survive, carrying everyone's memories and continuing on.

Death is not the most painful punishment, living is. But remembering is more painful than forgetting, and more worth it than forgetting.
