My Disciple Died Tragically? I, Patriarch Bodhi, Will Wreak Havoc at the Buddha-Ordination Ceremony!

[Fiercely Protective + Decisive and Ruthless + Unstoppable Overwhelming Strength + A New Take on Journey to the West]

The Journey to the West was complete, and Spirit Mountain was holding a grand ceremony to confer Buddha titles.

Just as Tathagata was about to appoint “Sun Wukong” as the Victorious Fighting Buddha, a shattered fragment of a true golden soul exploded inside the Moonlit Three-Star Cave on Fangcun Mountain!

A fiercely proud spirit, weakened to the point of near death, crossed thousands of miles to return to Fangcun Mountain and bow heavily before Bodhi, who had been meditating in seclusion for ten thousand years.

“Master! Even if this old Sun had been torn to pieces, I never bowed my head to the gods and Buddhas filling the heavens! The Great Sage Equal to Heaven... didn’t bring shame upon you, Master!”

With that, the spirit vanished completely, body and soul destroyed!

It turned out that the real Wukong had been ambushed by the gods and Buddhas together back during the battle between the real and fake Monkey Kings. They had drained his essence and imprisoned his body in the Ninefold Netherworld Inferno to suffer the endless flames of karma! The one who had become a Buddha on Spirit Mountain was actually the Six-Eared Macaque!

That day, Bodhi, after ten thousand years in seclusion, abruptly opened his eyes.

A saint’s might, transcending the Three Realms and towering over the Heavenly Dao, burst out from Fangcun Mountain!

“You preach saving all living beings. I preach only blood for blood!”

The next moment, a colossal hand blotted out the sky, tore through the void, and descended upon Spirit Mountain. Before the gods and Buddhas filling the heavens, it smashed the Six-Eared Macaque’s golden Buddha body with a single slap!

“You kept my disciple pinned down for five hundred years, drained his true blood, stole his fortune, and now you’re making some fake take the throne of Buddhahood?”

“Today, I’ll tear down Spirit Mountain, shatter the Celestial Court, and make every god and Buddha in the heavens pay with their lives for my disciple!”
